Your own Showcase at Tallinn Defence Expo 2026
For one full hour, your company is the programme. A Showcase Slot gives you what a stand cannot: a private, fully equipped presentation room in the Trafo2 hall — 60 seated and 30 standing places, house AV and an on-site Showcase Area Manager — for product launches, live demonstrations, capability briefings and closed sessions with delegations and procurement decision-makers.
Every confirmed Showcase is included in the joint programme, promoted through the official EDW channels to all registered participants of Defence Innovation Day, the Defence Industry Symposium, Tallinn Defence Expo and NOICE — an estimated 2,000+ registrants.

Card payments confirm your slot immediately. If you choose payment by invoice, your slot is reserved for three working days from the invoice date and is confirmed on receipt of payment; unpaid reservations are then released for sale.
